I think my favorite sci-fi movie gun would have to be the laser rifle from V. Add in that shock trooper armor and you're golden.
I'm torn between Winona, John Crighton's gun in Farscape), and Jane's "very favorite gun" in Firefly.
Can you tell I watch too much Sci-Fi?
